In Auckland
Well, I’m in the “Land of the Long White Cloud”. I have a couple days to spend in Auckland before venturing North on the first part of my journey. Yesterday was pretty rainy and I didn’t get to explore too much. Today had some rain too, but there were bits of sunshine mixed in so I look a nice 3 mile walk around the central business district and down to the harbor. Auckland is a very clean and neat city. It is surrounded by waterways and nearby islands. I would probably have taken a ride on one of the ferries for a longer view of the metro area but the weather was just too unstable to count on. Tomorrow, I pick up my Motorhome and start heading up North.
